During my Christmas vacation, I had a delightful stay at a traditional Japanese hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and arranged convenient transportation for us. the location was excellent for accessing local attractions. One of the best aspects of our stay was being able to enjoy a relaxing hot spring bath.

The hotel lacked adequate heating in the guest rooms, which made for a chilly stay during the winter season. while the dinner and breakfast served were visually pleasing, the taste was not quite up to par.

This hotel is a hidden gem with incredibly helpful staff who go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. They provided transportation assistance and even allowed us to explore the town after check-out. the traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast were not only visually stunning but also delicious.

The language barrier may pose a slight challenge for non-Japanese speaking guests.

The hotel was located near a beautiful lake and had a nice view. the room was also quite spacious and clean. we enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee that was provided.

Our Easter stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped.
